IMPORTANT: Mohavair sells air conditioning units, but we do NOT provide installation services.

8.1 Split Systems

Split system installation requires professional HVAC knowledge. You are responsible for:

• Hiring a qualified, licensed installer

• Ensuring proper electrical connections

• Complying with local building codes

Improper installation voids your warranty.

8.2 Window & Portable Units

While these are DIY-friendly, you are responsible for:

• Proper window sealing

• Secure mounting (window units MUST be supported)

• Following manual instructions

8.3 No Liability for Installation

Mohavair is not liable for:

• Damage caused by improper installation

• Injuries during installation

• Costs of reinstallation or removal

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

All content on mohavair.com — including logos, text, images, videos, and product designs — is owned by Mohavair and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
